Columbia Senior Residences at Decatur East is a senior community located in Avondale, GA. With a focus on both comfort and sustainability, this green-certified building boasts a range of amenities and services that cater to the unique needs of its residents. Convenience and accessibility are at the forefront of this community’s design. Situated just steps away from public transportation, residents can easily explore the surrounding area or access essential services and amenities in the greater Avondale region. Within the community, residents have access to a variety of amenities including a fitness center, onsite laundry, movie theater, and business center.

This project is an affordable housing apartment and is part of the LIHTC program in Georgia.
