Gardenside at the Villages of East Lake Apartments is a premier 55 and older community that encompasses five buildings, featuring a total of 108 units. Residents have access to a fitness room, community garden, business center, and outdoor playground. Gardenside is a gated community located in Fayetteville, GA. Unit amenities include vinyl plank flooring and private balconies.

This project is an affordable housing apartment and is part of the LIHTC program in Georgia.
